If you're all messed up on that, you're feeling less confident and it isn't as much fun. That one went well for me today, it was the later ones with dumbbells that were all over the place. I almost got the mambo chacha one (I was off in another galaxy instead of following that one Tuesday). I made myself a note to do this one more often! Firm Express Cardio again Date: Thursday, November 3, 2011, 10:36 AM I had Tough Aerobic Mix down for today but was really tired and just couldn't stand the idea of a 50 minute, really tough cardio workout today plus I was curious to see how Express Cardio would go soon after having done it last (2 days ago) so I popped that in instead. And... it actually went MUCH better. I wasn't nearly as lost as I was on Tuesday or the other times I've tried this one in the past (I was also working out 2 1/2 hours later than I did Tuesday, after breakfast and after having to teach a WW class at 6:30 AM so I was probably a lot more conscious too). I still got plenty fouled up on the extremely fast moving 4-limbed work on the incline of the transfirmer and a few other times I had to watch and then jump in when I got lost but overall, it went a lot better. I actually had fun doing it even and was able to put a lot more into the parts I followed well. I'm glad I trusted my instincts on this one and kept it. If I do it more often than once a year, it can be a pretty good quick cardio workout for me. I didn't burn much more calories than I did Tuesday but I was in my zone for most of the workout as opposed to about 1/3 of it so that's good and, like I said, I enjoyed it and that matters as much or more.
