Ohhh... yummo! Only prob is that I have problems with shredded

coconut. Has anyone else experienced this??? That recipe however, is

in the book already for another day when maybe coconut will go down.

In the meantime, it will be made for the family to try out.

Coconut Cream Pie- well someone at work shared her grandma's

authentic Bahamas recipe- it's really scrummy and had no problems

> Pour into unbaked flan/ pastry case and sprinkle with nutmeg

> Brush crust with beaten egg. Bake for 35 minutes

Yes, Mel shredded coconut is a no go for me like ice cream!
