Wednesday Workout

Great workout .  Your back is sore as in DOMS or hurt?  I hope DOMS?   I also had a hard time pushing myself today.  I'm sure it had to do with the fact that I nearly exercised 4 hours yesterday...ugh...  Not really, but I did my own 90 minute session, then trained for 2  1/2 hours where I worked out as well with them during some of it.

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness... the soreness you get after a workout challenges muscles you haven't worked or worked in that way in a while. It is not "pain" like an injury but soreness that fades, usually in a few days.

Great job .  I hope the dentist appointment is smooth-sailing for you!!!I am sitting here very frustarted.  Kaysar is sick with a sore throat from what i gather, and he slept HORRIBLE last night.  I think we were up, more than we slept...ugh... I snuck out of bed at 6:00 this morning, and he was up crying minutes later...UGH...  He is now sleeping next to me on the loveseat, but I'm sure I will have major trouble getting my workout in.  I am also suppose to train today.  I HATE having to cancel on clients.  I keep hoping he'll wake up and be fine :(

Thank you .  He was a bit whiney today, but not overly so.  He's acting fine now, so I'm hoping the worst is over and he (and I) will sleep good tonight! :)Oh, and one of my two clients cancelled, so I just had to take them to the sitter for one appointment.  I got lucky.  It worked out well :)

The floor work with the body bar was a killer.

Thanks so much !  He is fine!  However, Bryar is not :(  He's curled up to me now with a fever and sore belly :(  Hopefully it will just be a quick illness like Kaysar had.  Tomorrow is their bible school program ;(
