Guest guest
>Hi Heidi, Thanks so muc for your feedback. We have had genetic testing done and I believe HIDS was included. All the genetic testing was negative. The doctor did mention the possibility of Crohn's and he said we would explore the possibility of the colonoscopy after we repeat the ultrasound and see what the lymph nodes look like again (which we did on Friday and I am waiting to hear from the doctor). However; Ellie does not have diarrhea which I thought was a major sysmptom of Crohn's. Does your daughter have issues with diarrhea? I appreaciate all of the information. It sounds like you have had a great deal of experience in this area..... I am sure much more than you ever wanted or needed to know! As I am sure you can understand, I just want to know why my baby continues to get sick! Good luck with your children! It is along and tiring road to travel! Your son's case sounds very interesting and I hope the doctors finally figure out what is happening with him. Thanks again.
