Guest guest Posted November 8, 2006 Report Share Posted November 8, 2006 Hey Nic, I have now been to yoga 3 times (1.5hr each session) and I am loving it. Week 1 was very challenging and all my muscles were killing me for 2-3 days afterwards. Weeks 2 and 3 were much easier and I find I can keep up with the rest of the class about 85% of the time. The teacher is really good and if there is a difficult pose she will give me an easier beginners option to try. I really enjoy the stretching and the guided relaxation/meditation that we do at the end. I think it will be good for helping to keep my moods balanced. Where abouts are you looking at going near work? >But I am thinking of doing yoga in my lunch time. I don't know, there is a college up the road and I can get a free pass so I might try it. I did one class of yoga a few years ago and it was horrid - weight was an issue I couldn't bend because the stomach was in the way, felt like the class bean bag etc. So maybe since I have lost a few kilos it would be better - we shall see. > > Nx Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
