I get miffed too Mel. You can blame in part one of the big companies who are a money making machine ... the more clinics the better ... means more money for the company for every band sold. Yes it does mean more for the surgeon as well, but where is quality patient care. How many bands can you fit in a week ... how many patients can get in to have fills on a two weekly basis if necessary? Not enough. Sorry J & J ... but I am not happy either. Thats ok Leah...

Now... does anyone know if you can put cruskits in the toaster to warm

them up like toast? I tried to warm one in the microwave before I

buttered it, but it sort of went soft and gooey. I want crispy toasty

warm cruskit, like hot toast, but not the bread. I am loathe to have a

bit of bread or toast because I am now ten days till I can get fill...

so it might open the flood gates big time.

Oh Mel

I don't know, Dr's are like that – always off helping someone and you wonder why they don't stay and help the ones that they already have `signed up' but I suppose it in their nature to keep finding new ways to help someone else, that is why they are in that profession… just makes us feel a bit neglected in the meantime.

I hope you get your fill soon then, sounds like it is driving you a bit batty – and I know what that is like. You just want to get on with this business and it feels like there are a million things dragging you back or are in your way.

I do Mel, but I don't butter it. I just spread the vegemite on it and whack it in. There is enough fat in it to do the job without the butter believe it or not! Can't remember for how long but think about 10 seconds. Bev Send instant messages to your online friends http://au.messenger.

Don't know about cruskits, but I like those Dutch crispbakes that you get, they are in the cylinder packaging. Pop them in your toaster on the `reheat' setting and they are awesome, warm and then a bit of apricot jam… mmm haven't had that in months. If you do put your cruskits in the toaster, put it on reheat because they might scorch otherwise.

Why not try putting it in the oven for a little while.
