Wow , your workouts have really gone up in intensity lately - from Kathy to Jari Love!  GOOD WORK, GIRL!!

 

This morning I did Jari Get Ripped & Chiseled.  I am not sure if it was because I did it at 5:00 Am or what, but this one seemed a hecka lot harder than the other ones.  This one started out with the lunges on the step,  I have never done those before and oh my gosh my buns were hurting.  then the push ups in this one were the pulse push ups, way harder that the other Jari's I've done so far.  Everything in this one seemed so hard.  I ended up having to take a few very short breaks during this one that I didn't have to in the others.  The overhead lifts or presses or whatever they are also were extra killer today.  I also didn't like the cool down in this one.  I worked extra hard in this one and the cool down section is where I usually relax and enjoy, but in today's cool down, it didn't seem like she was giving it her all.  She was busy talking to the others about themselves and whatever.  I didn't feel like listening to all that chat,  I enjoy those things don't get me wrong, but I like to watch them seperate from the workout, not in  the middle of my cool down.  Overall, I love this workout, as it gives me something to work towards which is good,  but I just wish the cool down was better.  I'm at work now, so I can't stay on long.  Have a great day everyone.

Awesome that you love it !!  I never did try the hi/lo section off that workout..hmm.. Maybe I should have!

Today I did a variety of different things,  not sure why, just wanted to do different stuff.  I started out with the Hi/Lo cardio section of Jari's Body Rock.  I really love this,  next time I will do the entire workout altogether. I just got this one and wanted to get at least a sneak peak at it.   Love it.   Then I did an old VHS tape, 8 min. Abs,  my abs have not been getting enough attention lately and they really need it,  this tape seemed to be very effective, although short,  just what I was looking for,  I definitely felt it working.  Then I did my exercise bike for 21 minutes.  I went 5.2 miles and burned 125 calories on the bike.  While I did the bike, I watched one of the All Star workouts on fit TV, it was Rocking body or something like that with Kendell Hogan.  I really like this guy,  he has 2 All Star workouts on FitTV, I tried to find other workouts by him,  I only found one,  carries it,  I don't remember what it's called right now,  I am going to buy it soon,  I sure wish he had more, cuz I really like him.  We are supposed to be at 93 degrees today.   Yesterday I was so busy I didn't even post my workout,  I did Gilad Cuts and Curves.  I am off to start another busy day today.  Have a great one everybody.

LOL about jumping by himself! Cute.

Today was cardio day again so I popped in 's Aerojump again.  I did skills 1 portion again today.  I did the whole section this time,  not altogether, I took a lot of breaks, but at least I pushed pause this time and got right back in.  Last time I just rested while poor just kept on jumping all by his self.  I feel like I did better this time,  a long ways to go still, but a little better each time is all I can ask for.  Have a great day everyone.

Good morning all, today I did the step express premix from Cathe's cardio supersets. It was about 32 minutes long. I am not really a huge step fan and there were a couple of places where I kinda cheated. I had a hard time with those pushups on the step with the disks. Maybe I will get used to them, it seems like my feet just kept sliding backwards and I was trying not to fall on my chest on the step. While I like cardio supersets and will definitely do it again, I dont see myself doing this step portion for a long long time again. I think I will do the Yoga max tomorrow morning.
