Guest guest
My son experienced a long break last fall. He went fever free from Sept until the end of Dec. My grandmother passed away which was very stressful, Landon had a fever the next day. He then continued on his " normal " cycle of fevering every two weeks. I hope this is not the case for your son. Best of luck to you. Take Care, Jackie mom to Landon 5 yrs. fevering since a baby T & A on 9/8 hoping for the best : )
Guest guest
Hello, Our daughter will be three next month, and began fevering at 5 months. At 9 months of age she began a terrible cycle of fever episodes every 21 - 24 days, and that lasted up until 4 months ago. In four months she has experienced only 2 episodes, going a nine week stretch between them - the longest ever! I am wondering if this is the beginning of a new pattern, or a dormant phase or maybe she is growing ot of them?! One can only hope. On an interesting note, I have noticed periods of time where she feels warmer than usual...this has lasted a few days. I would describe it as a low grade fever that lasts several days. This is something new. Regards, Barker

Guest guest
I have noticed that my daughter has a temperature of 98.7-99.4 when she is tired. It never seems to bother her. I told her preschool and daycare don't even call me if her fever isn't over 99.5, she is probably tired after a long weekend or something. This has worked for me. I then know to put her to bed early and her temperature is down the next day. If only it was that easy when she has an episode! Suzi
