's Tuesday workout

Hi all, today and yesterday have just been crazy busy for me. I got up at 5 Am today and did my workout, it is now 8;20 PM and I am just now sitting down at the puter. I am wiped out. My husband does have valley fever and now he is not happy as he had wanted to go to Mexico in 2 weeks and the doctor told him he can't go. He still has the pneumonia as well but that part is getting better. He is being a total butt nugget as he doesn't feel good. I am stressed out to the max and I am going to have a meltdown here pretty soon. It was also hubby's birthday today so everyone has been here for a little mini party, they just left. Anyways, I am going to try to start calming down now and get ready for bed. I just have to finish making my lunch for work tomorrow and getting my clothes ready. I wanted to watch a little TV before bed, but there is no time for that now. This morning I did Cathes cardio supersets. I pushed play and did the whole workout. I didn't find out until after I did it that there is also a step portion not included with the regular workout. I will do that part tomorrow as my workout I guess. I liked this workout, it's not my fave of the new ones, but I did like it. I am still kinda new to the disk work, I have only used my disks maybe once before with Cathe's last series. It will take awhile before I get used to using them. I got a pretty good workout with this one today. I had done the turbobarre on Sunday, all day yesterday my butt was hurting from that one, and then today my calves kicked in. I knew I was going to feel that calf work, I thought it would be yesterday though. Sorry if this doesn't all make sense, I am very tired and starting to ramble. Good nite all.
