Pam, I am not an expert by any means, but MY experience is that any sort of

'trauma' or big event, good or bad, would trigger an episode in my son.

Secondly, the prednisone, brought the fevers closer together. Every 10 days,

vrs 28 days.

Thats all I can offer! :(
