Hi , I just love being outside and around nature. I saw a duck in the middle of one of the courts on my walk. Two weeks ago I saw 4 or 5 ducks in the same place...a white one, 2 mallard ducks and 2 brown ducks...it was really cool! It's suppose to be in the 60's Sunday through Tuesdays so I plan on walking outside again. How are you doing? Do you feel better? Jen

Jen's exercise for 11/02/11 WednesdayMy 4pm student canceled today so I decided to come home and go for a long walk before going back to work at 7pm.

I walked outside for 56 minutes! It was about 70 degrees here in Michigan...I really wish it would stay like this all winter!I walked 7,179 steps and 2.72 miles and I walked at a speed of 20:35 per mile.Does anyone here still read my posts? I hope so because I post here for the accountability.

No, I don't carry a camera, I like to try and walk as fast as I can or do an interval walk. Maybe I will do an extra walk just to take pictures. I'm glad you are feeling better. I forgot what procedure did you have done? You can email me privately if you want. Jen
