Thanks Kristie...

I will be able to write a bloody book by the time I get to my first

goal.... Maybe I should???? Thanks, so much for posting them to me,

anything about eating chocolate in them???

It doesn't say anything like chocolate for breakfast lunch and dinner

will help you lose weight (unfortunately!!) but it does say that the

information is there to help you get the best out of delicious healthy

food and empty caloried foods (such as chocolate) should be avoided

MOST of the time, but not ALL the time. My dietician is realistic at

least..

Have any of you ever tried making Mole - Mexican dish with

chocolate. I also have a recipe for Venison with raspberries and

topped with chocolate oil - sounds devine. Now I figure if chocolate

is used in a dinner recipe as opposed to dessert, doesn't that mean

it's OK - LOL!!!
