Guest guest
Oh no, have you tried bathing the sores in milk? Don't ask my why but it is a remedy we use it is seems to work most times. But I understand the stress factor, that stressor will resign soon – just have to have a bit of faith, they always burn themselves out eventually or you will move on to that bigger and better things – even better! My day could improve with the inclusion of a siesta. Those Spanish know what they are talking about! Nx
Guest guest
I just had a nap in the office :)Turned off the lights, and found some zzzzzzzzzzzz. What I give to go home to my bed but its not going to happen so I the nap will have to do. I should get some food inside me but I really dont want it. I could have a TF ? nah, too much hassle. Think I make myself another cup of tea. I okay justtttttttt very tired and cold! Since losing the weight I get cold easily and that I saying from a tropical place of Darwin where it is hot and humid outside around 34. And if I was your Fairy Godmother Nx, where would you like to go for your holiday??? Me? I love to go to Norfolk Island after a good nice sleep The weather would still be reasonable nice coolish. Duty free shopping would be the added advantage and from the pixs I have seen of the place there would be some great places to park on backside on the lawn under a tree and read or what the world go by.... Wonder how Mel is going? Hey Cherie, I was thinking (yep abit dangerous for me) could the reason you having trouble with the extra fill be because of the weather? Is heating up down there so could that be the difference this time to last time? Just a thought mate Is it " knock off time " yet???? <smile> Cheers Kerry from Darwin > > > Hiya everyone > > > > Oh these light mornings are playing with my mind. Guest guest
Hiya Kerry I am pleased to hear you got a little kindy kip in, does wonders - but I bet you are ready for an early night regardless. I know I am but I just signed up for a Pilates 8 week course. I am a sucker for punishment. My theory is that doing something on a Thursday night apart from going to the gym will keep me out of the shops. That is my biggest weakness, going shopping. I am always on the hunt for something, anything. I must have been a tiger in my former life. Dear fairy godmother - I just need to go somewhere cheap and relaxing. Actually if I have the funds when I take my long service leave next year I might venture up your way. I am going to Hawaii for a week, but that leaves another 4 to fill... I would go and have a look at Uluru and then Darwin. Haven't ever been there before. I am still sleeping with the winter doona on my bed and probably will be for a while yet. I have only just stopped using my electric blanket to warm up too. I sometimes needed to put it on just to warm me. Crazy, and that has been since the weight loss. They say it is because the cells loose fat/ insulation. Nx
