Hi ,

although I'm average statured, I have a suggestion about what to do to pull the

trunk shut if it blows completely open.

You should keep one of those bungy cords in your trunk (the long ones with the

hooks on both ends).

When you open the trunk, just attach the hook end to something on the inside of

the trunk lid, like the latch or some inner piece of metal where it won't come

off easily. Then just let the trunk open all the way and the bungy cord will

dangle down for when you need to pull it back into reach. (Just don't forget to

detach it before you slam it!)

Hi Larry

I have CMT1A and being out and about every day I see ppl much worse off

than myself and I think that gives me a little to think about when the

times come that I start feeling bummed out about myself as we all do

from time to time....

Dear Elize, maybe you could try Shaklee's Instant Protein,, it's a powder

that you can mix with anything. I checked ingredient label and it looks ok

for us... Have a good trip!

BELLY OILS

SUPPLE SKIN OIL

· ½ C. COCOA BUTTER

· ½ C. COCONUT OIL

· ALMOND GRAPESEED OIL

Melt the ingredients together. Rub this ointment on belly and breasts 3

times a day.

BELLY MASSAGE OIL

· 1/2 C. OLIVE OIL c. olive oil

· 6 CAPSULES VITAMIN E

· 1/4 C. ALOE GEL

· 4 CAPSULES VITAMIN A

Squeeze oil out of capsules into blender. Add remaining ingredients and

blend until well emulsified. Store in refrigerator, essential oils can be

added. Suggested oils, LAVENDER, PATCHOULI AND CHAMOMILE.

What do you all tell your patients regarding fiber guidelines following

gastric bypass surgery? I am assuming they will be unable to consume

the standard 25-35g/day guidelines, but I am curious what you all tell

your patients to shoot for.
