Vomitting before an episode?

Hi, my daughter vomitted last night out of the blue. I was just

wondering if this could be the beginning of an episode. She never had

the vomitting before but I know some kids do. Yesterday was day 27

since her last fever. She is still not officially diagnosed with

and her fevers have been happening every 45 days before. If anyone has

any opinions/advice that would be great. Thanks
