Guest guest
I am new to the group I've only wrote a couple of times but I wanted to hopefully share this to help others. My son Tyler had five months of fevers (starting in May) and we went to see a Rheumatologist after an Infectious Disease doctor said he may have . We have been sent home to go through three more months of fevers becuase he said five months wasn't enough. We were going by our doctor's records because she didn't see him in March or April. I was on the phone with my insurance company about not paying a bill and while talking to them they mention a date in April that we had been seen by an on call doctor ( for fever, sore throat) that got me thinking I have three children and my daughter was suffering from strep throat alot in the spring so I looked in the check register and started calling the Primecare and the two other on call doctors, they found March and January. So now our five months has turned into ten months of fevering. So I am having copies made and I plan to take them to the Rheumatologist and hopefully get the ball rolling. Hope this will help someone eles. I had never thought about the call on doctor's visits. Kim Tyler, ??(just turned 6) Keri 10 le
