Guest guest
Thank you to all of those who have responded to me. This is very frightening for my husband and me. It's good to know there are others out there who can relate, give suggestions and offer support. It doesn't sound like many of you have had the constant low-grade fevers that my daughter is experiencing. I have another question... do any of your children have dental problems? Livi has significant enamel loss on her bottom molars. I've attributed it to my having Diabetes during my pregnancy with her but now I'm wondering if it's somehow related. Her dentist has examined her thoroughly and hasn't found any sign of infection but he wants to give her crown (so that her baby teeth will last until her permanent teeth come in) under general anesthetic. That leads to my next question... is a surgical procedure going to be dangerous? I'm not exactly sure how time-sensitive the crowns are and I would like to tackle the diagnosis before moving on to dental problems. Thanks again and I wish all of you a Happy New Year!
