Does anyone have young kids that like tp play with Play Dough or anything

like that? Cause I have a lot of fun recipes that would be good for them.

I have a one year old and an almost 4 year old. I would love some fun recipes

for them. Thanks.

Ok, here you go Betty. LOL

(I got these from some website a long time ago...can't remember :})

Perfect Playdough

*****************

2 cups flour

1 cup salt

2 cups water

2 Tbsp. oil

1 pkg. Kool Aid powder, any flavor, your favorite color!

Mix all ingredients in a medium sized pot. Stir continually over low heat until

mixture forms a ball. Keep in airtight containers in the refrigerator when not

in use. Will keep for months, recipe can also be halved.

Flubber

*******

Solution A:

1 1/2 cups warm water

2 cups elmer's glue

food coloring

Solution B:

4 tsp. Borax

1 1/3 cup warm water

Mix solution A in one bowl, mix solution B in another bowl. Dissolve both well.

Then just pour solution A into Solution B. DO NOT MIX OR STIR! Lift Flubber out

and place in baggies.

Finger Paints

*************

1 cup all-purpose flour

4 cups water (as 1 cup, then 3 cups)

Food coloring

Combine flour and one cup water into a large saucepan. Stir in water until

smooth. Add the remaining 3 cups water and place over medium heat. Bring the

mixture to a sustained boil (cannot be stirred down) for 1 minute and then

remove from heat. Let cool. Pour into 3 or 4 separate cups and add food

coloring. Store the paint in an air-tight plastic bowl, cup, or large baggie.

Basic Playdough

***************

4 Tbsp. vegetable oil

1 cup salt

2 cups flour

2 cups water

4 tsp. cream of tartar.

Mix all ingredients and cook on low.

OK I am getting sick of writing for now lol so that's enough for now. I still

have bubble blowing and gel jars and stuff like that so e-mail me if you want

that. Would anyone want hair recipes and facials?

Man - Gayle, we live pretty darn close to each other! We probably have

crossed paths many times. I'm at Bear Creek and on Road (about 3

blocks from there but it's a main crossfair).

Gayle;

I use to have people come in and clean for me. Granted it was about 4

years ago. Small small world.

You know where the Diamond Shamrock is on Bear Creek? First street

going north is Yale. My house has it's back yard on Yale.

Sonja,

Thanks for asking, I had a phenomenal time during my first challenge. I

finished last weekend and, coincidentally enough, spent both Friday and and

Saturday afternoons with Porter Freeman! I also got to meet Hank ,

Jeff Seidman, and help Porter present to the audience on Saturday! It was a

real high-the event Friday was held at Jeff's Physique Transformation. You

can view my before, week 10, and the pics from the weekend at :

http://www.bodyforlifediaries.com Click the left link that

calls 'beaut people' and go to .

*My official after pics should be posted either tonight, or tomorrow night-so

just keep checking. *

I could talk all day long about my challenge because it meant so much to me,

but Idon't want to bore the group of clutter anyone's mailbox-

I started Challenge 2 on Sunday and just began new supplements...BetaGen

and Udo's! I have new goals for this competition and am really looking

forward to continuing this great way of life ! :-)

Hi Sonja,

The 2004 goal is my graduation date-I'm in my 2nd year of grad school working

on my doctorate in Psychology, with a concentration in Health. 2004 is the

golden year when I " ll FINALLY see that degree :-)

What a great experience ! I can't get over how great you look,

you really worked hard and it shows!!! How exciting to get to meet

Porter, Jeff and Hank too. I hope I have an opportunity to meet more

BFL champs one day soon - Porter was really awesome when I saw him in

March. Thanks for sharing your pics.
