Guest guest Posted March 5, 2005 Report Share Posted March 5, 2005 I take it after 11:00 pm and then my stomach has nothing in and I am OK. I do not think it really matters, once person doesn't have bad feeling straight after taking LDN. If that is the case, then have light snack before taking the medication, but make sure you are taking it after 9pm.
