Guest guest
Hi Irma, I do hope that the conference will be scheduled. It seems to never fail when I am ready, available and prepared plans all fall through. As far as the sensory intergration, the districts certainly know enough about the need but it's all about cost $$$. It takes parents to push for the additional services always. I often feel that they will play the waiting game to see if the parents will wear down and give up until they decide to act. Those situations fuel my fire. I certainly hinted enough about my matching dryer but my dh is taking lessons from the school,LOL. I also gave up. I think on the bright side, I have a working dryer. I hope you can find a solution to help with the rocking. I made it through the first decade with Zeb with many mistakes. I pray that my next decade will bring more wisdom and many successes. I had a very good conference with Zeb's general ed teacher yesterday. If anything, I have learned to speak up and be a better communicator. Zeb is still participating in the instrumental music program with the drums and singing in the intraschool chorus. Oh, he is a terrible singer but loves being with his peers. Enjoy the holiday season. Charlyne Mom to Zeb 9 DS/OCD?

It would be a flop in this area and certainly would cost double from what they charge in Texas. Food trailers do not sell commercial items but I have heard of them. I have two trailers, one is hot dogs, corn dogs(hand dipped) hamburgers and sausage with onions and peppers, the other is soups in bread bowls and sweet potato fries all fair made. I seem to have a black cloud over my head this season. I was rained out again this weekend. I moved to another location today. The weather called for clear and sunny skies through Wednesday. The move was 22 miles away and as soon as I pulled in the sky opened up. It was the only town that had rain. I will be leaving again to finish setting up on Wednesday and so far the weather doesn't look promising for this weekend again. I am home feeling sorry for myself,LOL,but glad to be home. I have let Zeb work for a short time at the small fairs but I could be in violation of the child labor laws so I routinely leave him home. Zeb has served soda and given out straws. He was able to put the bills in the right slot in the register by matching the numbers. Zeb's attention span is short and he would rather take off and ride the rides or play the games. He can shoot darts better than I and always comes back with all that junk. He could actually care about working. He isn't any different than my other children. I am holding my breath with the weather this weekend. They are predicting rain again. Charlyne Mom to Zeb 10 DS/OCD ?
