Guest guest
See the movie " Office Space " . The egghead friend with an edge who listens to rap in his car and concocts the scheme to rip off the company is Herman. He's believable as a genius and Geier can be funny. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > I went to Participant Productions website to try to > > find out > > > > > > what > > > > > > > > the > > > > > > > > > status is on the movie, and there's no information > > there at > > > > > > all. > > > > > > > > What's > > > > > > > > > up with that?? > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > _________________________________________________________________ > > > > Discover sweet stuff waiting for you at the Messenger Cafe. > > Claim your > > > > treat today! > > > > http://www.cafemessenger.com/info/info_sweetstuff.html? > > > ocid=TXT_TAGHM_SeptHMtagline2 > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
So Soderbergh isn't jumping at the chance? Are they all afraid of backlash? (Duh) Maybe writer and director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck who did " The Lives Of Others " would be good. He tackled the Stasi so this subject would be a seamless transition. And he's really, really big. He could scare a lot of pharma lobbyists. > > Last I recall said the production company was having difficulty > finding a director. Guest guest
There is no mention of Evidence of Harm on Particpant Productions website. > > > > Last I recall said the production company was having difficulty > > finding a director. There are movies being produced all of the time in the US. They are able to find directors to direct these movies. Why are they able to find directors but Participant Productions isn't able to find one to do this movie?
Guest guest
I imagine that directors may not be lining up for fear of being the one the mainstream propaganda machine accuses of causing an epidemic of diptheria or whatever. Of course there won't be an epidemic of diptheria in response to a such a film even if tons of parents stop vaccinating, but one could be invented for the purposes of destroying the careers of the production team. Nothing like the rumor of dead kids on your hands as a career boost. I suspect that anyone who ever agrees to direct this film won't be a closet anything, won't have a hidden criminal record, will never have dallied with a minor, etc.. I wonder if it's similar to fears among Hollywood types of career annihilation during McCarthy's reign and the blacklisting or maybe even worse. > > > > > > Last I recall said the production company was having > difficulty > > finding a director. Guest guest
I was told that Oliver Stone once optioned or toyed with optioning the book on the Iran-hostage scandal, " October Surprise " , by the whistle-blower and former Security Council advisor, Sick. It never got made because of potential backlash, lawsuits or worse. Guess which family name was implicated in that scandal as well. > > > > > > > > > > Last I recall said the production company was having > > difficulty > > > finding a director. Guest guest
Let's NOT call it the Wakefield factor. Wakefield has already had enough heaped upon him, for crap that the MMR wreaked upon unsuspecting recipients of the MMR vaccine in the UK. Any of us who have corresponded with other parents whose children who have suffered grievous effects from the MM$ (oops, MMR) know that there is more to this story, including the saga of adverse "events".
