Petitioners should nake big posters of the quoted

statement from the witness and the quote from MSDS and

just leave them at the front of the room at closing

argument time. What's that standard again????....Oh

yeah something about medically plausiable or

likely.... HMMMM this looks like an open shut case-

why bother wasting anymore time or

money................. ?

We can send an email. All attorneys are listed online

with the state bar association. They probably do have

the MSDS, but you never know. I would email, but I'd

like to have the actual document. If someone has the

authentic document- let us know as I ahve seen it

online before somewhere...

I believe this is the attorney who gave the opening

statement. I can't imagine the attorneys not having

the MSDs, however, they are so engaged it may be of

help to point out the testimony given compared to the

msds. Given the statement in the MSDS It will come

down to the argument over a difference between

thimerasol and the mercury component itself.

Respondents will argue they are 2 different things.

If anyone knows another attorney that would be a

better contact let me know.

Krakow can bring these points to their attention. I am fairly

certain they have the MSDS sheets but it never hurts to make sure.
