We lived in a suburb of Cleveland - same thing - no ABA in our school

district although you could go to the Cleveland Clinic School for $80K

and get it. Our district wouldn't write ANY named therapy into an IEP.

No ABA, No TEACCH (although they brought TEACCH in for a one time,

useless training.) And Sensory integration was a dirty word.

In CT we have ABA paraprofessionals and consulting groups in the

schools all the time. My kids have done far better here with targeted

teaching.
