I know this question was asked before but I can't find it in the

Archives.

I know that I need to take along all Mason's health records, but

should I take along any extra copies of bloodwork, etc. for the

doctors we'll meet there? Also, is there any other information I

should take along that I should also make copies of for the

Doctors ... I just want to be prepared.

What should I expect from this first appt.? Do they normally ask for

bloodwork at this appt.?

Do they physically examine my son during this appt.?

Sorry, if these questions sound silly ... I am hoping to be as

prepared as possible ... once Nicki calls me to schedule his appt.

So far I've gotten the confirmation email from her saying he's been

accepted, but she hasn't called me yet to set it all up and its

really driving me crazy having to wait.
