What do you do if tylenol or motrin doesn't work?

Kardyn started out this morning with a 98.7 and by 3 it was 103.1.

Again, no symptoms other than not really wanting to eat. I gave him

tylenol at 3:30 and at 5:30 it was 102.2. by the time I had to give

him motrin at 6:30 it was still 102.0. I am afraid he is going to do

the same thing he did when he had a 104 temp. We couldn't get it

below 102 with the motrin. What do you do when the motrin and tylenol

don't take care of the fever?
