Guest guest Posted April 19, 2006 Report Share Posted April 19, 2006 Dear All Haven't posted in a long while as my son had been fever free since the beginning of July 2005. I was almost beginning to think he had grown out of it! Then, over Easter, it came back. In the past, he always fevered over Christmas, birthdays, Easter, holidays, etc, which I know is quite common. I gave him a dose of prednisolone, but a second dose two days later was needed to completely knock it on the head. I have a nasty feeling that it is going to come back with a vengeance now, almost to make up for lost time. Henry will be 5 in July. He started his fevers at nine months and was diagonosed at 2 1/2.
