Guest guest
we are leaving on fri 8/24...will get to my parents sat. afternoon. I can't wait...I am also a beach girl at heart and feel that I am in paradise the minute I set foot on that sand. I've spent a lot of time time on the beach in Maine...beaches there are beautiful but the water is like ice! as a kid I never cared how cold the water was but now at my ripe old age, that South Carolina water is much more inviting! There are a couple of lakeside beaches around here but they're pretty gross. My parents live near Folly Beach on Island...but there is something that seems to pull me towards Sullivan Island. Did you grow up there? How do you find the services for children with special needs in Mount Pleasant...I wonder if they differ from what we have here? I would love to call you and if you have time and are interested it would be great to meet! Re: sensory diet - help > > > > Hi , Im I also have a 5 year old son with ds/asd. Guest guest
HI Cheryl, please do call me when you are in town, 856-4882, I grew up in Columbia,S.C., but my parents had friends on Sullivans and we visited them, I used to say " when I grown up , I'm going to be a nurse and work at MUSC and live on Sullivans Island! " As it turned out my best friend at Carolinas parents had a beach house there and we moved in right after graduation in !975!!! I have owned a house on Isle of Palms at one time, but time prices are prohibitive and I live in the suburbs of Mt. Pleasant. At any rate , do call if you have the time, I also love Folly Beach! Give a call and we we will take the boys for a walk on the beach. Sincerely, Re: sensory diet - help > > > > > > > Hi , Im I also have a 5 year old son with ds/asd. Guest guest
, It looks like a few people have visited SC. I've visited there in ton for a GS trip a few years ago, since I've lived in NC at the time. ton was a cool place. __________________________________________________

Guest guest
Hi , Just got back from vacation and got your message...I, am sure too that we will get Nick and Will together sometime! I realized after I talked to you on the phone how hectic your schedule sounded and I was sorry i asked you if you wanted to come all the way to Island in the midst of all of it...this week I'll be thinking more realistically...back to rality, job plus kids are starting school. anyway I really enjoyed talking to you too and will be anxious to get a picture...I'll send some of us soon...as soon as I unearth the camera from the piles of laundary and other junk. (and yes we did have a great rest of our vacation...thanks!) Re: sensory diet - help > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi , Im I also have a 5 year old son with ds/asd.
