Guest guest
Hello everyone Just a quick update on where we're at with . He's been at school now since November (MLD special school) with little progress. With hindsight we should have gone for the school for autistic kids.....Anyway I too have become very impressed by ABA stuff having rejected it initially. We've had some private sessions at home with an ABA supervisor and she is the first person I've ever met who seemed to understand him straight away. We're trying to set up a home programme for him and get it funded by our LEA. I'm reluctant to have him at home but I feel we have to give it a try, I've seen some amazing progress in 'straight' autistic kids. Gail.... I was very interested to hear about the progress Seth's made since you've been doing the 'McD' stuff, could you give me a brief idea of what you're doing differently? Thanks btw Anyone else in the UK on the list yet? Take Care all Kayte Mum to 5 DS/ASD and Grace
