That’s weird. When I listened to Imus on his second to last day he was talking with the people from that company thanking them and all.

I thought Bigelow Tea DID NOT pull their advertising, and never made a

decision to pull before Imus was axed. I didn't read through the

entire blog, but where does it state that they pulled advertising?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought I had read several places where Bigelow

Tea was about the only advertiser who stuck by Imus.

Where did you find that they pulled out of supporting Imus it just

says here on the website they were considering it

F

-We do support the good work and efforts Don Imus has done over the

years for children with cancer or terminal illnesses, the battle

against SIDS, Tomorrows Children's Fund at Hackensack Hospital and so

much more.

We are deeply saddened by Imus' remarks. His comments in no way

represent the views of our family or the Bigelow Tea Company.

This unfortunate incident has put our future sponsorship in jeopardy.

This from the Conn. Post date 4/12/07

http://www.connpost.com/localnews/ci_5646643

General Motors Corp., Sprint Nextel Corp., Staples, Procter & Gamble,

American Express and TD Ameritrade are refusing to advertise on the

program, which has been suspended for two weeks beginning Monday. GM

did say late Wednesday it could resume advertising at a later date.

Cindi Bigelow, co-president of Bigelow Tea in Fairfield, Conn., said

that the " unfortunate incident " has put the company's future

sponsorship of Imus in jeopardy.

" While Bigelow Tea has been an advertiser on the 'Imus in the Morning'

show, our company does not condone or support in any way the

unacceptable comments made by Imus with regard to the Rutgers

University women's basketball team, " she wrote on the company's blog.

Bigelow did not pull its advertising in response to Imus' comments,

according to Fran Onofrio of Mason Onofrio Public Relations, its

public relations agency, since " Bigelow's advertising schedule with

that show [had] ended anyway. "

~~~~~~~
This is not a complete list of sponsors who pulled ads. though since
GSK did as well and is not listed above. Some news sources have stated
that Bigelow pulled their advertising, as I read that from an article
from FOX - " The fair and balanced guys " .
