Guest guest
On the Goodshape site it mentions halfing the Revia and mixing with 25ml of water. Pills that do not have the crease to break should never be halfed b/c they aren't made with equal amounts of the meds on each side. They say to never half meds that aren't intended to be used that way. Pills with no crease means they aren't made to break in half. I know by crushing we may not get the exact amount but it's better than halfing the pill and no telling what amount of naltrexone is in that half. Guest guest
After I got home, I looked and the Revia does have the crease. They have them packed every other one showing crease one side and not the other. I only saw the one with NO crease. Still I wonder how they get amounts on both sides as 25mg's. I have found out that taking the 4.5mgs after 9-10pm I don't do good. I have twice taken on weekends my 4.5 dose at 12am and tossed and turned all night. I do tho forget to take some of the liquid bendryl I take sometimes. Must be best to take the LDN before the brain starts doing what it does between 9pm and 3am. I'm gonna try to take at 9-10pm on weekends too. I fall asleep then wake up and realize I haven't taken the LDN so I end up taking it later than during the week.
