Arlene, I have been noticing that sensation too, in my left hand. It just started this week and only happens once or twice a day. It was happening as I read your post. I started LDN the week after you did. I am not sleeping any better yet, but found instant bladder control. .....Arleen

Not for me. It has always been followed by weaker muscles and lately by very tight muscles. I don't consider any involuntary muscle action a good sign, but I can see where it could be considered good if you have muscles that aren't working at all...
