We, here with Multiple Sclerosis and cancers and other auto-immune system disorders take a very small dose like 4.5mg at bedtime to help our diseases. There's no one here on the forum that uses naltrexone for any addiction. What milligram of Naltrexone are you taking and how many times per day do you have to take that dose? Treating addiction is the prescribed reason to take naltrexone at full strength, or in a 50 milligram dose. We take " Low Dose Naltrexone " which is in much smaller doses like 3 or 4.5 ml.
