Please don't think I'm being pessimistic. I just want to make sure that those of you who are new to LDN are not disappointed if you don't immediately experience symptom relief the way some people

n and others

Just as I wrote in my email today. It's been just over 9 months for me, and I am starting (in the last month) to see better sleep and bladder control.

I have a question, maybe someone can help me with. This has happened to me in the past and is happening right now. I am having a slight "motor feeling" in my left hand. I've had it before in my foot and lower leg. It doesn't happen all the time and lasts for a few seconds to maybe a minute sometimes.

I can only describe the feeling being the same as what one would feel if they put their hand on a purring cat, except mine is just on the inside. Does that make sense, and has anyone else felt this?

Any ideas as to what it may be? Just curious.

Arlene

Thank you for your message. I have been on LDN for a little over two

weeks and I have not experienced any symptom relief. I'm not giving

up and was just thinking how long it takes to know if it is slightly

working. You have answered my question!! Thank you
