Guest guest
Hello group, To introduce myself, I'm an occupational therapist with a pre-teen SMA client who is losing strength in his arms and has difficulty reaching to self feed. My client is in a power chair and his parents are looking for ideas on how to maintain his ability to feed himself. I'm at a loss. I would appreciate any thoughts on strategies for modification that have worked for individuals with SMA and reduced upper body strength and range of motion. Thanks, Cook, OTR
