I didn't list amounts because everyone's taste is different, but if you're not worried about weight gain, melt some cheese on top. YUM! This provides tons of protein, good carbs, iron, b vitamins and vitamin k. Use brown basmati rise because it isn't chewy like regular brown rice. It may sound gross but it's really good.
