Guest guest
Hey everyone, I posted a couple of weeks ago regarding whether your kids fevers come at regular intervals. We haven't been diagnosed " officially " with the cyclic neutropenia but that is our doctor's suspicion. Dillon's fever should have come last week if it was following the same schedule it has for the last six months......could the last six months of fevers be just a coincidence? I'm having a hard time believing that his last six months of illness just happened to fall within the same 6-7 week period but now that we just passed week 7 I'm starting to doubt that this diagnosis is going to be accurate. Is it possible that he could skip a cycle? Dillon's 2nd birthday is Saturday and I've scheduled his party for that day....somehow I wonder if it will strike on Saturday.....I'm just babbling here but this is really bothering me and I'm not sure what to expect, or when to expect it....I just keep hoping we can just get it over with so we can move on with the rest of the month. Do you ever feel like you are hovering in mid air just waiting to hit the ground (splat)?! Dillon, Age (almost) 2 Denton, Texas
