Guest guest
While at TASH I picked up two books that I honestly thought would be UNhelpful or too " fluffy " for what i need. So far, though, they are doing a nice job of putting very simply the things that teachers and teams need to do to understand how inclusive education can infuse skills-training into the general curriculum. So, I recommend the following two books for those of you with teams who have heart, but little knowledge: " Deciding What to Teach and How to Teach It: Connecting Students Through Curriculum and Instruction " by Castagnera, Fisher, Rodifer, and Caren Sax. Published by PEAK Parent Center (www.peakparent.org). $13. ISBN: 1884720099 and " Inclusive Elementary Schools: Recipes for Success " by Fisher, Frey, Caren Sax. Published by PEAK Parent Center (www.peakparent.org) $13. ISBN: 1884720145 Joan
