Guest guest Posted January 23, 2001 Report Share Posted January 23, 2001 okay since i am sitting here trying not to worry about cameron's test results, i thought i would share his lab experience today...... this rather large nurse (over 350 easy) was showing him the arm tie and the butterfly needle and the tube and she let him pick out a pokemon bandaid.. well she then says " cameron, i will put the needle in your arm now " OH MY GOD.....all kiddie hell broke loose.... he starts kicking and screaming with me trying to hold him.....he tells her " your just trying to kill me, and your a meanie " she gets the needle in with four of us holding him down, my hearing has gone almost and he says really loud and with meaning " and your really fat too " i thought i was going to dig my own grave right there in the lab chair....she says " yes i am, it gives me more muscles to handle you " GO NURSE.... she was very good, and i seriously doubt he felt any pain.....what a booger he is and quite so vocal about it...when we walked out these three old people in the waiting room were laughing their butts off...guess cameron provided them with the afternoon comedy show......FOR FREEE..... okay hope that makes gail and terry laugh :-) take care all, leah mother of very vocal not afraid to share his truet houghts cameron'''''' _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest guest Posted January 24, 2001 Report Share Posted January 24, 2001 donna, yes cameron definitely has spunk and is a unique character...he is quick to tell if anyone is wrong or doing something wrong...whenever he has a substitute he draws pictures of everything she does wrong and gives to his kindergarten teacher first thing in the morning on the day she returns.... lmao he keeps me rolling...... an update on his test... they showed his esr's were elevated triple of the normal child.. so we are watching him closely and will take further action if he doesnt improve..i hate to do anything like a spinal if its not needed, after the lab visit i am very hesitant to even get a checkup.....but he's stilldoing crapty....its 553 pm and hes already in bed, plus he had a nap today.....who knows.....if he stays this way, i will pay outta pocket to goto civilian doctor...... thanks for all of those who supported me..i appreciate the genuine concern every one had....tc leah-who is going to budget her checkbook....heheeh _________________________________________________________________ Get your FREE download of MSN Explorer at http://explorer.msn.com Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
