Doesn’t matter if you’re a purple protein, a Diva, have a left brain, are an autism mom, a scotch drinking Dad, named Grinker or StinkyDinker – we can ALL cry over these stories. Stories I think will become the norm as the autism population ages. Grab a tissue. I almost drove to Albany from CT for a funeral this morning.

EVERY autistic child, regardless of his or her parents’ thinking on cause, numbers or what it means to be autistic, deserves better than to die at the hands of caregivers in the back of a god damned van.
