For example, aspirin is very useful for dogs but can be fatal when given to cats. If it were my cat I would want to know for sure that naltrexone is tolerated well by felines... JT [low dose naltrexone] Re: LDN in a cat with cancer Bihari told me for a 20 pound dog use .5mg LDN so .2mg or .3mg should probably do fine on a 7 lb cat. Give at 9pm.
