Absolutely! 's aide always goes out to the playground and to lunch

with her because she pulls hair, hits, etc. The school and we think it is

essential. The aide can nip the behavior in the bud with the interventions

the behavior team has recommended and help facilitate appropriate

relationships between and her peers. I would worry if the aide did

not go everywhere with while at school.

Can you ask for the aide to go out on the playground with him?

Pat, this is exactly what I am thinking. YOu would tell a 2 year old, " we

dont' do that " and leave it at that. Maybe he needs the aid to be on the

playground with him!
