Some of you will recognize the teacher from ’s Basketball Video (she’s the best). Also, is the other only kid in the class doing Biomedical Treatments. Anyway, get a tissue ready...... PS-please leave some positive feedback, reads them with his mother. For those of you who don't already know, we found out about 3 weeks ago that 's teacher chose from her class to make the morning PA announcement. Normally 2 kids from a class do it, but since she only has 6 kids in her class, and she feels her kids are so special they deserve the spotlight to themselves, got to do it alone!! He did great, so much better than I expected. We practiced everyday for 3 weeks and last night was his best practice ever!! He didn't look happy at first so I was worried, but he jumped right into it. At the end he obviously got distracted by something on the desk and whined a bit but he did FANTASTIC!!!! I didn't realize that after the song he would say " HAVE A GREAT DAY " but the took him back over and he said that too, and he did that even better than the rest of it. Still hard to believe that 14 months ago this kid only talked in single words, and only when he really wanted to or had to!!
