Guest guest
I know these people mean well, but they're dillusional. First, they say he was normally developing, talking etc....and then he regressed. They want children diagnosed at 12 months. Hello, you just said he was talking and normal....What will they be using for diagnosis, crystal balls???? We had an early diagnosis in '98. Preliminary diagnosis at 19 months, definitive at 2 years 1 month. Lots of early intervention...speech & OT immediately at 19 months, developmental play groups, ABA at 3 1/2 blah,blah,blah...... My kid is almost 11 and still very autistic. Please don't put all your eggs in the " early intervention basket " . Besides, I am fed up with all the autism experts that have been crawling out of the wood work to monopolize on our misery.... > > From The Imus Show Blog: > > Bob and Suzanne on the Combating Autism Act > December 6th, 2006 > > http://imusblog.com/ >
Guest guest
They know. The question is what is pressuring them into this nonspeak/Alice through the looking glass delusion? Note that Suzanne is good acquaintances with Deirdre Imus. At this point they feel they can't speak freely. Unless you modify or better still avoid the vaccination protocol, stop the mandatory vaccine madness and allow the kids to develop, this will continue to occur. The body snatchers still have them. Where is Semmelweiss when you need him? Re: Bob and Suzanne on the Combating Autism Act I know these people mean well, but they're dillusional. Guest guest
Where are all these people before they're personally affected. Bob 's gramdson will get every possible thing done to recover him, because they have the individual resources to ensure so. He's also benefitted from all the trials and errors of the many parents who started fighting the battle well before he did. That's why I say that, the s have a moral obligation to actively help the many struggling out there, especially financially ! Starting another organization and filling its board with "egotistical experts" has been a waste of time .The fact that they've joined with CAN validates this. These experts are pushing their own agendas and philosophies, so again hot air will fill the rooms but nothing directly assistive to those who need it will be done. Start helping those who need it directly Bob Sincerely n Wendrow Have a burning question? Go to Answers and get answers from real people who know. Guest guest
Note the comment by Bob in the interview that it was Bernard Marcus who got them involved in the Autism Speaks endeavor. Guest guest
You mean the same Bernie Marcus who is alleged to have backdated all of those options at Home Depot going back 10+ years? Guest guest
Actually, I had never heard about the backdating of options - is there a report out there to that effect? It is the same Bernard Marcus who is the former Chair and current Board member of the CDC Foundation and who is a well known advocate for suppression of tort litigation and a funder and advocate of the campaign, carried on in part by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, to make the judiciary more " business friendly " - read that to mean " tort reform " , which means limited access to the courts by ordinary citizens such as children who are injured by vaccines, including capping of damages, restrictive statutes of limitations, controlling the science that gets heard by a jury, so-called " health courts " , restricting punitive damages, and other even more pernicious methods of blocking access to justice. That Bernie Marcus. Now, I would like to know more about backdating options. Is that true? Guest guest
It appears to be the same Sam Bernard Marcus, but I am seeing different reports suggesting he personally may not be involved in the backdating, although his company Home Depot is- going back to when he was at Home Depot.
