What is the purpose of the United Nations' FAO, Food and Agriculture Organization, coming out with their 400-page report, entitled "Livestock's Long Shadow"? Once that heating and thawing reaches a certain point (if it hasn't already), the cycle may be impossible to stop, and then we'd all be in big trouble, cows and all...)
