Call Barton every day until the CAA passes. His website shows this

ludicrous comparison of his " CAA " vs. S843. The only difference is

that " his " version pays homage to his recent NIH reform bill. If that

is the case, he's holding up S843 (the real CAA) merely because of his

own huge ego. His staffer argued with me that he " had to fix " the CAA

due to the enactment of NIH reform. Hey, we're not born yesterday!

That is what the conference report, codification and further amendment

during the next congress can accomplish... She reluctantly agreed...

CONGRESSMAN BARTON - GET OUT OF THE WAY AND PASS THE BILL! YOU'RE
