Guest guest
Friends and Members of REAACH: Representative Barbara L'Italien, whose bill mandating service for children with ASD recently passed in MA, and who is also part of legislation to ban aversives in MA SCHOOLS, and is one of the sponsors of anti-thimerosal legislation here, has this to offer regarding the plight in Hawaii. For those of us who have forgotten our lessons in the legislative process, (like myself) this is well appreciated. I had asked what might be done, and she responded below. . There may be hope after all. REAACH extends a personal and professional thanks to Representative L'Italien for the many areas of legislation she has pioneered and supported for the improvement in the quality of life for those affected by developmental disabilities. Her colleagues and peers should take note: hers is a voice that rings true, and therefore, cannot be silenced. Suzanne Messina REAACH -----Original Message----- From: L'Italien, Barbara - Rep. We do that all the time so if they had a good margin of victory on the original vote they would have an excellent chance. Barbara
