She asked him “Would you give any of your 6 kids the flu vaccine with a known neurotoxin?” and he started talking about AVIAN FLU!

It appears that all of the manufacturers have moved away from the vaccines with 25 mcgs of thimerosal, except Aventis Pasteur. (ref: Dr. King's attachment)

`SEC. 762. WARNING UNIFORMITY.

`(a) IN GENERAL- Except as provided in this section, no State or political subdivision of a State may, directly or indirectly, establish or continue in effect under any authority any notification requirement for a drug, vaccine, or other biological product intended for use by humans that provides for a warning concerning the safety of the drug, vaccine, or biological product or any component or package thereof, unless such notification requirement has been prescribed under the authority of this Act and the State or political subdivision notification requirement is identical to the notification requirement prescribed under the authority of this Act.

`(1) NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENT- The term `notification requirement' includes any mandatory disclosure requirement relating to the dissemination of information about a drug, vaccine, or biological product in any manner, such as labels, labeling, posters, public notices, advertising, or any other means of communication.

`(2) WARNING- The term `warning' with respect to a drug, vaccine, or other biological product means any statement, vignette, or other representation which indicates, directly or by implication, that the drug, vaccine or biological product presents or may present a hazard to human health or safety.

http://tinyurl.com/nkgsc Senate Bill To Limit Pharma Liability for Mercury Poisoning

A provision introduced by Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist in the Protecting America in the War on Terror Act, introduced in January this year as Senate Bill S-3, will effectively limit the liability of pharmaceutical manufacturers including Merck, GlaxoKline, Aventis, Weyeth and Eli Lilly, for having caused widespread poisoning of children resulting in damage to normal brain development. As a matter of fact, an epidemic of autism is sweeping especially those countries that have made childhood vaccinations mandatory and have used mercury-laced vaccines for decades.

What lobbying firm do you think Santorum winds up at in January?? Sanofi Pasteur??? distribution is key....

It seems to me that anyone who signed off on the vaccine liablity should receive their full dose of thimerosal. I say give Santorum full credit for what is not included in the CAA. http://tinyurl.com/qnewm (poster child)

The gelatinous shell melted in the face of Deirdre's onslaught, to a place where he thinks it is safe to yell...

THE AVIAN FLU!!!, WHAT ABOUT THE AVIAN FLU??

But that canard is just about spent.

What lobbying firm do you think Santorum winds up at in January??

You see, in his mind (and in the mind of most Senators by virtue of their unanimous anonymity) they meant well and gave us something we should be thankful for.

In our minds, we have a completely different view.

Let's see how well they fare in their quest for political survival, some for a promotion.

Rock on.

Re: Santorum Wants Credit

The best part to me regarding yesterday's Santorum piece was his change in demeanor through the process. He first was excited, proud and his voice portrayed that. He thought he was going to be praised and cuddled, bending over getting his butt kissed. In his mind he did a great thing for kids with autism. He along with so many others have that "better than nothing attitude". He figured people would be grateful for what they would be getting in the CAA, not harping on what they wouldn't be getting. The glass is half full mentality. He hoped the autism community at large would embrace him and therefore he would use his involvement to get himself some votes. He's so arrogant he doesn't even pretend to have done this just because it was the right thing to do. He's in your face telling you how wonderful he is!Once he was placed on the defensive he started his mumbling and clamouring. That delightful tone in his voiced fanished. His words regarding Thimerosal, flu vaccine, threat of avain flu, Vaccine compensation program, risks vs. responsibility and stating his kids probably have and will continue to get Thimerosal containing vaccines really spoke volumes. His mind is made up, one can only imagine why. He wants to be given credit for his involvement in CAA and he will protect the pharmaceutical companies at our kids' expense. Look at the organizations who came running to say the CAA was the best thing ever. Yeah, they 'll promise to look at the vaccines, they just can't specifically say so. More "trust us".....He's no do gooder. As the interview wraps he says in a deflated voice that he has to go for a root canal. Was he saying that just to compare a root canal to how bad the interview had went, or was he really going to get one? If he did, I hope it hurt like HELL!!!!!>> Tomato offered link to small amount of Imus video:> > _http://santorumexposed.com/serendipity/archives/190-Santorum-Wants-Credit.htm> l_ > (http://santorumexposed.com/serendipity/archives/190-Santorum-Wants-Credit.html) > > Senator Santorum's comments are worth exploring.
