Guest guest
Heidi, Tinnell writes The Chelation Kid. He is a father and this is his story of coping with autism, sprinkled with humor. It's on the main page of CK2 daily and on the comic site listed. It started 3 weeks ago.
Guest guest
The author is Tinnell, a director of some lesser-known horror films (Surf Nazis Must Die, Believe, etc.) who lives with his wife and son in West Virginia. He has someone do the artwork for him. He's a very nice man and he's familiar with just about every biomedical intervention in the DAN movement and he's making progress with his son. He started the strip to help educate the public about the journey that we " biomed " parents take in trying to help our kids... and there's a bitter flavor to the humor, but that's what I like about it. He's approachable. You can email him through the address published at the bottom of the strip.
