To Whomever It May Concern,

Attached is an in-depth rebuttals to Dr. Kahn's

unsupported statements concerning the Thimerosal-

preserved influenza vaccines and the pending

NJ legislation A1324 (and its companion bill

S618).

Please review the dicumentation and publish my

review with (or, to conserve space,without)

the references and without my signature and

personal inflrmation

The references have been provided so that

all can verify the scientific validity of

the review remarks presented.

Hopefully, after reviewing this rebuttal,

you will not only print some version of

my response but stop reporting information

(including " opinion " pieces) on the health-

critical subject of the KNOWING mercury

poisoning of American children through the

Thimerosal added to vaccines and other drugs

as a preservative WITHOUT proof of safety,

even though such proof has been required by

statute (Title 21 of the United States Code

[21 U.S.C.] at Section 351(a)(2)() since

1962 and, for vaccines, by law (Title 21 of

the Code of Federal Regulations [21 CFR] at

Section 610.15(a) since 1973.

You need to ask yourself, except for the

BENEFITS every facet of the healthcare

establishment has received and is receiving,

why would the " healthcare establishment "

ignore the published studies (from the 1930s

onwards) that Thimerosal was NEITHER SAFE

NOR EFFECTIVE, continue to push the use of

Thimerosal and lobby governmental agencies

and elected officials NOT to require

rigorous proof of safety and effectiveness?

The ONLY obvious answer seems to be that,

blinded by the love of money, the " healthcare

establishment " has elected to:

a. sacrifice the health of the American public

to increase their profits,

b. outsource clinical trails to competive

for-profit CROs who need to keep their

cusutomers happy,

c. buy off key government officials, elected

and appointed, and key academics and medical

practitioners, and

d. seduce the medical journals and the " free

press " with with tens of bllions of dollars

for " reprints " and " advertising. "

In a world where the " golden rule " has been

corrupted into " he who has the gold rules, "

why should anyone be surprised ?

will help those who care about the financial,

physical and mental health of the American public

to know:

a. Repeatedly injecting 12.5 to 25 micrograms of

Thimerosal (49.55% mercury by weight) sub-

acutely mercury poisons those who are injected

to varying degrees and,

b. Because the mercury poisoning is often subtle,

has a delayed onset, and is cummulative, the

harm caused is NOT OBVIOUSLY connected to the

Thimerosal-containing vaccines injection or

injections that underlie the clinical level

of harm being exhibited.
