Some of these diseases you mentioned such as chicken pox and mumps many of us had as children and now we have a life-long immunity. If you are vaccinated for mumps, you have a 1 in 5 chance of getting the disease in your lifetime, if you get the disease as a child, you have a life-long immunity. There are also risks of getting the disease you are vaccinated for when you use a live virus.

These are just other things you need to take into consideration when deciding whether to vaccinate or not. This is why some parents are having "chicken pox" parties.

Also, there is evidence that vaccinations actually cause asthma and diabetes. There are reports that children in Australia are getting diabetes in record numbers which correlates to their aggressive vaccination campaign there.
